About the Role:

This job role is responsible for Carrying out administrative, secretarial and communication work for the organizational unit and contributing to customer service and business support. able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up the work of the organizational unit and act as a link and receive visitors, auditors, internal and external customers and assist them
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors
  • Responsible for preparing and preparing for periodic meetings and all organizational unit meetings in general, preparing the necessary notes, letters, and reports, preparing and distributing meeting minutes
  • Arrange visits, manage time, recording the internal and external schedule of appointments for executives and managers, and preparing the documents required for the visits
  • Arrange and organize secretarial work, like providing stationery and office supplies, keeping documents and documents, and organizing records and files of the department's activity
  • Collect and prepare data for any studies to be worked on and quickly providing them when needed
  • Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma/ High diploma.
  • Experience of 3+ years in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in English and/or Arabic Language.
  • Proficiency in using Digital Technology and Systems.
  • 10% in field and 90% in office.
