Scope of Work

The Projects Quality Expert is responsible for ensuring that all projects meet established quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. This includes monitoring, auditing, and evaluating the quality of work and ensuring compliance with both internal and external quality requirements. The role involves the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality management systems to ensure high-quality outcomes across all project phases.

Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

1. Develop and implement quality management systems for projects, ensuring alignment with standards.
2. Monitor and evaluate project processes and outputs to ensure compliance with quality standards, identifying areas for improvement.
3. Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure that all project deliverables meet required specifications and quality benchmarks.
4. Collaborate with project managers and teams to establish quality objectives and ensure they are met throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Prepare and present detailed quality reports, documenting findings, recommendations, and corrective actions required.
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry quality standards and coordinate with external auditors or quality bodies as required.
7. Identify potential risks related to quality and implement preventive measures to avoid non-compliance or substandard work.
8. Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality management practices, tools, and techniques.
9. Work with procurement teams to ensure that quality control measures are applied to materials and subcontractors.
10. Support continuous improvement efforts by suggesting enhancements to quality procedures and systems based on project learnings.
11. Resolve quality-related issues promptly and collaborate with stakeholders to address any non-compliance or project delays.
12. Assist in project documentation, ensuring that all quality-related records are maintained and accessible for future reference.
13. Perform other related tasks and duties as required by project or organizational needs.

Minimum Requirements

• Educational qualification: University certificate and quality diploma.
• Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in relevant roles.
