Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant with a background in accounting and supervisory roles in the UAE. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the team.
  2. Assist in financial reporting and bookkeeping.
  3. Manage correspondence and office communications.

Qualifications and Skills
  1. Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) or equivalent.
  2. 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  3. Proficiency in Tally, Zoho, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  5. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Experience in accounting and supervisory roles in the UAE.
