Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the off-road workshop, including lift kits, suspension tuning and mechanical repair
• Lead a team of technicians specializing in 4x4 systems and performance modifications.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues specific to off-road applications (e.g., differential lockers, winches, snorkels).
• Manage job scheduling, ensure efficient use of labor and tools, and monitor turnaround times.
• Perform quality checks on all vehicles before delivery, ensuring off-road readiness and safety.
• Maintain inventory of specialized off-road parts and coordinate with procurement for timely supply.
• Provide technical advice and project updates to clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
• Keep detailed records of services, modifications, and warranty work in workshop management systems.

Desired Candidate Profile
