Hiring Administration Assistant / Manager - Dubai - Permanent job

Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Manager - 2 open positions

Job Location: Business Bay, Dubai

Job Type: 2

Preferred Candidate: Female

  • Experience: 2–3 years in the Real Estate industry, with strong expertise in CRM, property listings, team coordination, and documentation
  • Language: Fluent in English
  • Preferred Candidate: Female, presentable and professional

Key Responsibilities:

1.Provide administrative support to the management team.

2.Handle confidential correspondence with utmost discretion.

3.Prepare contracts, agreements, addendums (Forms A, B, F, I), rental contracts, MOUs, and create Ejari contracts.

4.Assist in maintaining records of property listings, transactions, and client databases.

5.Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and team members.

6.Handle Trakheesi permits, RERA compliance, and developer registrations.

7.Support office operations to ensure smooth workflows.

Qualifications:

1.Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in the real estate industry.

2.Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

3.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

4.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

5.Strong attention to detail and a high level of discretion.

6.Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is an advantage.
