JOB PURPOSE :
Responsible for conveying materials, equipment, and staff of the organization to the areas where they are required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage a specific vehicle for the organization.
- Load and unload organization's merchandise.
- Transport products, materials, and staff securely to designated areas.
- Ensure the protection and security of products and staff.
- Ensure timely conveyance of staff and materials as instructed by supervisor or manager.
- Maintain vehicles in clean and perfect condition.
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report faults.
- Recognize electrical and mechanical faults and report them.
- Report mishaps or accidents to the dispatcher or supervisor.
- Perform periodic vehicle maintenance such as changing batteries, motor oil, and refueling.
- Report accidents, injuries, or vehicle damages.
- Keep records, including receipts for maintenance.
- Maintain a travel log of areas traveled, travel time, and work hours.
- Perform errands like dropping/picking staff, getting lunch.
- Dress professionally according to company dress code.
QHSE :
- Take care of your own health and safety, and do not put others at risk.
- Cooperate with health and safety improvement efforts.
- Follow safety instructions and do not misuse safety provisions.
- Report accidents, injuries, or illnesses related to work.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Ability to perform obligations professionally.
- Maintain proper dress and relate well with colleagues and clients.
- Be trained, skilled, and authorized to drive.
- Knowledge of traffic laws and compliance.
- Physical strength for loading/unloading.

- Clean driving record.
- Safety-consciousness.

- Plan and coordinate technical team activities.
- Manage vehicles, manpower, and materials.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication skills, preferably with two-way radio proficiency.
- UAE driving license and airport permit (preferably RED category).
- Understanding of transportation laws and good traffic judgment.
- Basic vehicle operation and mechanics knowledge.
- Knowledge of local landmarks and international organizations.
- Flexibility, teamwork, interpersonal skills.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Secondary School Certificate.
- Valid Driving License.

- Awareness of occupational hazards and safety practices.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable attendance.
- Multilingual communication ability.
