Minimum Requirements

• Min. 5 years of experience in the Business Intelligence domain
• Hands-on experience in analytics, Project Management
• Good knowledge of tools like VBA, Power BI, SAS, SQL, etc.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Exposure to the Banking domain – knowledge of Payments, Clearing, Account Opening Process will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Banking Systems is an advantage.

Organization Unit Purpose

• Build & publish the dashboard and MI reports to the stakeholders on the key performance objectives in a timely, reliable, and simple manner.
• Support Business with strategic data analytics projects, deep dives, simulation, etc., to deliver insights to business leaders.
• Digitize & automate the MI reports, data capture, workflows, etc., through competent BI Solutions to achieve efficiency gains.
• Manage computation of key performance indicators and process incentive payout for business units.
