We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the Snapchat Mid-Customer Sales Team based in Dubai.

The Mid-Customer Sales team works with challenger brands, disruptive business models, and high-growth, high opportunity advertisers.

We are looking for a professional who can work in a fun, fast-paced, and fluid environment. Working from our Dubai office, you will need to bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and analytical and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across brands and their media and marketing partners.

What you’ll do:
  1. Build, manage, and grow relationships and spend with key clients by helping them achieve performance that exceeds advertiser expectations.
  2. Partner with Account Executives and Account Analysts throughout the RFP process to develop innovative, insight-driven digital campaigns on Snapchat, bringing measurable ROI for our clients.
  3. Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally).
  4. Dive deep into campaign performance data; guiding KPI driven measurement strategies, identifying performance trends, optimizing campaigns to achieve results, and providing recommendations for upsell opportunities.
  5. Serve as the product expert by educating brands on Snap’s new and existing products, as well as advising on best practices and bespoke campaign optimizations.
  6. Increase adoption and engagement of Snap’s self-service platform and auction-based tools, providing ongoing technical support and real-time analysis.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  1. Understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem.
  2. Strong Sheets and Slides skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights.
  3. Understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and demonstrated skill in educating others (e.g., advertisers, agencies).
  4. Pre-existing relationships with client decision-makers and brand marketers.
  5. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally).
  6. Proven track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
  8. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adaptable to changes.
  9. Strong presentation and communication skills.
  10. A passion for Snapchat as a user and knowledge of our ad products.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Ability to speak Arabic fluently (in addition to English).
  2. 8+ years experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, or programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
