Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Corporate Leader for our General Lines division in Abu Dhabi. This role involves managing and enhancing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the insurance and risk management landscape, with proven experience in client relationship management, strategic account oversight, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Serve as project manager for account teams on large initiatives or complex accounts, implement action plans, monitor progress, and ensure service excellence. Draft comprehensive project documents, including white papers, financial analyses, and presentations. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities. Address escalated issues promptly, managing expectations and compliance.
  2. Strategic Leadership: Perform GAP analysis on client accounts to identify improvement areas. Establish and maintain C-suite relationships to ensure retention and revenue growth. Develop strategies to enhance client perception of value. Protect accounts from competitors and develop thought leadership.
  3. Operational Excellence: Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients across industries. Design risk management and insurance programs tailored to client needs. Ensure swift escalation of service issues and oversee day-to-day management of deliverables and compliance.
  4. People and Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate training. Promote a positive environment encouraging innovation.
  5. Financial Performance: Achieve revenue targets, expand revenue streams through cross-selling, and report on budgets and forecasts, maintaining a thorough understanding of revenue from client accounts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
