We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Specialist / Engineer with extensive expertise in AWS and multi-cloud environments to design, build, and deploy machine learning solutions that solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning models, cloud technologies, and the ability to deliver scalable and optimized AI / ML solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address business problems across various domains.
• Build and deploy ML models in AWS and multi-cloud environments (e.g., Azure, GCP) ensuring performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collect, preprocess, and transform large datasets for machine learning pipelines.
• Train, evaluate, and optimize ML models to achieve high accuracy and reliability.
• Develop automated pipelines for deploying ML models in production environments using tools such as AWS SageMaker, TensorFlow Serving, and Kubernetes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, cloud architects, and business analysts, to deliver impactful solutions.
• Continuously monitor ML models in production and implement improvements to maintain performance and accuracy.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in machine learning, AI, and cloud technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
• Any AI / ML related-tasks assigned from time to time.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying ML models.
• Hands-on experience with AWS ML services such as SageMaker, Rekognition, Comprehend, and others.
• Proficiency in multi-cloud platforms such as Azure ML, GCP AI, or similar.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
• Expertise in ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop).
• Proficiency in cloud orchestration and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI / CD for ML pipelines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges using AI / ML.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Certification in AWS Machine Learning or other cloud certifications.
• Experience with MLOps practices and tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Amazon SageMaker Pipelines.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning techniques.
• Familiarity with edge AI deployment and real-time inference systems.
