About the Role:

A leading real estate firm in Dubai is looking for a passionate and results-driven Training Specialist to join their team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering training to existing agents, helping drive performance and professional growth across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, update, and manage training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources
• Facilitate daily training sessions focused on sales techniques, client communication, and process best practices
• Offer personalized coaching to agents to support skill development and goal achievement
• Measure training effectiveness and refine programs based on feedback and results
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and modern training approaches
• Report regularly on training activities, progress, and outcomes to management
• Support broader performance initiatives in collaboration with internal teams

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience as a Real Estate broker in Dubai (coaching or training is a plus!)
• Exceptional public speaking and facilitation skills
• Proficient with CRM tools, LMS platforms, and Microsoft Office
• Motivational coaching style with a commitment to personal and team development
• Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration skills
