We are seeking an HR Manager for an Automotive Group. The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, and policy development. A major focus is on creating, managing, and implementing company policies that ensure compliance and promote a positive workplace. Other duties and responsibilities would include but not limited to :
Recruitment & Onboarding : Lead recruitment efforts, from job postings to interviews and onboarding new hires. Align staffing with company needs.
Employee Relations : Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and implement disciplinary actions to maintain a positive work environment.
Performance Management : Oversee performance appraisal processes and guide managers in employee development and feedback.
Policy Development & Management : Develop, review, and update company policies. Ensure policies are communicated effectively and consistently enforced, with regular audits to reflect changes in the business or HR best practices.
Payroll & Benefits Administration : Supervise payroll and benefits processes, ensuring competitive and compliant compensation and benefits programs.
Training & Development : Manage employee training programs to promote skill development, compliance, and growth opportunities.
HR Strategy & Planning : Collaborate with department heads and other key stakeholders to create and implement HR strategies that align with company objectives, focusing on workforce planning, employee engagement, and cost management. Ensure HR initiatives contribute to organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Metrics & Analytics : Emphasizing the use of data to inform decision-making, measure HR performance, and improve processes adds a strategic and results-driven component to the role.
