Real Wood Industry is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and streamline operations between our wood factory and various client projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that production aligns with project requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  • Act as the main link between the production team and project managers.
  • Ensure clear communication of project specifications and deadlines.
  • Coordinate production schedules based on project timelines.

Production Oversight:

  • Monitor daily operations within the wood factory.
  • Ensure raw materials are available and utilized efficiently.
  • Oversee quality control standards to meet project requirements.

Logistics & Delivery:

  • Plan and supervise the logistics of transporting finished goods to project sites.
  • Ensure timely and damage-free delivery of wooden components.

Resource Management:

  • Manage workforce schedules, machine usage, and maintenance.
  • Optimize productivity without compromising quality.

Budget & Cost Control:

  • Track production and project costs.
  • Suggest improvements for cost-saving without affecting project output.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Generate regular reports on production output, delays, issues, and resolutions.
  • Maintain detailed records for traceability and quality assurance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in wood manufacturing or a similar production environment.
  • Project management skills to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating between departments.
  • Problem-solving ability to quickly address production delays or material shortages.
  • Familiarity with CAD, CNC machines, and woodworking tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP software, and production planning tools.
