Description:
To provide analytical analysis of catering operations; provide culinary expertise and skills for the Catering Department of flydubai across all aircraft, classes of travel and destinations.
Responsibilities:
a-Develop and maintain menus based on class, region and caterer for all flydubai destinations.
b-Issue directives to caterers in network on menu and quality components based on passenger and crew feedback and comments.
c-Analyse complimentary catering (JC & YC) wastage and shortages and develop and implement action plan to reduce wastage and improve customer experience with correct levels of catering onboard.
d-Take responsibility for and establish start-up caterers in out-stations in relation to menus, culinary preparedness and provide on-site support for start-up flights.
