Sales Generation & Deal Management:

  1. Lead Generation: Finding potential clients through networking, online marketing, industry events, or collaborations with other professionals.
  2. Property Marketing: Showcasing properties effectively with compelling descriptions, high-quality photos, and virtual tours.
  3. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating the best deals for clients regarding price, terms, and conditions.

Market Expertise:

  1. Market Knowledge: Staying updated on real estate trends in Abu Dhabi.
  2. Property Valuation: Conducting valuations to ensure competitive pricing.
  3. Investment Advice: Providing insights based on market conditions for clients considering investments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE real estate industry.
  • Maintaining a strong network within Abu Dhabi's real estate sector, including developers and property managers.
