Experience
  • Approx 4-5 years’ experience
  • Worked in a high intensity / fast paced environment with an ability to quickly shift priorities (flexibility is key)
  • Data analysis:
    • Able to derive insights from data; capable of storytelling with data and requesting data from the team
    • Reporting and tracking key metrics for cyclical reports such as annual, sustainability, integrated, corporate governance reports, and prospectus
  • Report writing:
    • Drafting report sections, collating data, summarising findings, and making recommendations
    • Tailoring reports to different audiences
  • PowerPoint Presentation creation:
    • Creating decks for Board / NRC and adhoc presentations
    • Designing visually appealing decks to clearly communicate key messages
  • Overall Strategic support:
    • Research and benchmarking for HR initiatives (e.g., Women in Management)
    • Preparing materials for workshops and meetings
