The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we're six years in, but only 5% done.

What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end workforce supply operations. You will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic workforce planning, driving operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing client relationships.

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of manpower supply operations, including recruitment, deployment, workforce planning, and compliance.
  • Business Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand the business by identifying new markets and enhancing service offerings.
  • Performance Management: Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client KPIs and SLAs through regular analysis, audits, and reporting.
  • Cost Optimization: Implement cost-effective solutions to improve the efficiency of operations, logistics, and workforce management.
  • Process Improvement: Develop scalable and sustainable solutions to streamline operations and enhance workforce efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, suppliers, and internal teams to drive business growth.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics, MIS reports, and performance trends to optimize manpower allocation and improve service levels.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices to maintain a safe and legally compliant work environment.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team with a focus on accountability, customer execution, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Need

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in manpower supply, workforce management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong background in business development, operations, and client relationship management.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, cost optimization, and process improvement.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing large teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills and business acumen with a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analytics tools, and workforce management software.
