DESCRIPTION

Experience in investigative or loss prevention fields, preferably in a retail, e-commerce, warehouse, and manufacturing industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office.

Strong communication skills with basic knowledge of verbal English vernacular language. Demonstrated ability to utilize business tools and understand business metrics.

Ability to perform under pressure while adhering to timelines. Strong interpersonal skills with proven experience in managing stakeholders and vendors. High business ethics, integrity, and discretion.

Travel between Emirates sites will be required; a driving license and transportation are essential.

Key Job Responsibilities

1. Perform risk assessments of site operation models and develop mitigation measures.
2. Manage physical security of sites through guarding services and monitor the functioning of electronic surveillance devices.
3. Conduct detailed investigations within policy frameworks, identify root causes, write reports, and develop management action plans for process formulation and compliance improvement.
4. Drive corrective and preventive process changes to positively impact shrink reduction metrics.
5. Build effective working relationships within the team and manage stakeholders to drive closure of optimization trackers and management action plans.
6. Manage security services vendors to ensure SLA adherence and conduct training for guarding staff on SOP processes.
7. Manage preventative maintenance of physical devices and train staff on emergency response procedures.
8. Coordinate with government agencies at the site level.
