We seek an Account Manager to work directly with used car dealers, understanding their needs, upselling relevant services, and growing mutual revenue. Success will be measured by partner retention, service adoption, and overall business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage partner relationships, serving as the main contact and ensuring strong engagement.
  • Identify opportunities and pitch financing, insurance, and car evaluation services.
  • Drive service adoption to increase penetration and generate revenue for partners.
  • Understand partner workflows and recommend customized service bundles.
  • Monitor partner performance, identify trends, and optimize outcomes proactively.
  • Onboard and train new partners on platform and services.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, product, and support teams to ensure a smooth partner experience.
Candidate Profile
  • Secondary education minimum.
  • 2-5 years in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in automotive, fintech, SaaS, or insurance.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry and CRM software.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Strong data entry skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage pipelines, prioritize, and close deals.
  • Knowledge of the automotive ecosystem is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
