Product Manager Job Description

The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing product strategy through roadmap design and project execution with cross-functional teams.

1. Define requirements, write user stories, solve problems, make decisions during development, and lead ongoing improvements.
2. Review existing prototypes and plan future portfolio strategies.
3. Manage operational relationships with product suppliers.
4. Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to create collateral to promote the product and maintain the sales pipeline.
5. Engage with third-party product, business, and technology partners to facilitate delivery from start to finish.
6. Own the Customer Experience for the product and continuously seek to improve it through enhanced functionality and UX.
7. Support the build and expansion of the product into new markets.
8. Oversee development stages of the product with technical teams and chapter leads.
9. Review KPIs with management and clients, and strategize for product improvements.
10. Analyze competitor products and work with the Product Director to refine product strategy based on research.
11. Stay updated with the latest tech trends to remain at the forefront of digital innovation.
12. Conduct regular stakeholder interviews to gather feedback for product enhancements.
13. Foster agility by onboarding new team members and educating them on product vision and roadmap.
