The Role

You will be an early member of our sales team, shaping sales processes and team culture. This role is ideal for someone passionate about payments and consultative sales, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Pipeline Management: Build and manage your sales pipeline targeting global enterprise companies interested in the MENA region (e.g., Trading platforms, Payment platforms, Social Media, Payroll).
  2. Lead Generation: Develop strategies to generate new leads aligned with our target market.
  3. Inbound Sales: Handle inbound leads from various channels (website, etc.).
  4. Achieve Targets: Create sales forecasts and plans to meet company goals.
  5. Solution Selling: Educate prospects on how payments work in MENA and how Fuse can localize their payment stacks.
  6. Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  7. Account Ownership: Manage the transition from sales to implementation and customer success teams.
  8. Account Management: Ensure clients go live successfully and generate volumes.
  9. Cross-functional Collaboration: Provide feedback to internal teams on prospects and client needs.
Requirements
Must Have
  • 3-5 years of experience in outbound B2B sales.
  • Experience in a fast-paced FinTech environment.
  • Proven success in closing large enterprise deals.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic, high-growth startup.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with C-level executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
