A leading consultancy firm in Dubai seeks a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, oversee branch operations, and enhance service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAE business consultancy, excellent negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience and offers opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic environment.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients for services such as company formation, visa processing, EJARI, and PRO services.
• Consultation & Relationship Management: Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Branch Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the Al Qusais branch, ensuring smooth functioning and high service standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise staff performance, assign tasks, monitor KPIs, and support team development to achieve targets.
• Service Coordination: Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding and timely service delivery.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by implementing strategic business development initiatives and meeting monthly targets.
• Compliance Monitoring: Stay updated with UAE business setup laws, immigration rules, and compliance guidelines to ensure accurate service delivery.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit performance reports, sales updates, and client feedback to senior management regularly.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Client Engagement: Handle culturally sensitive interactions with professionalism and care, especially with female-led businesses or clients preferring female consultants.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in UAE-based business consultancy, corporate services, or business setup.
• Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of UAE company formation processes, visa services, EJARI, and PRO-related documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is a plus.
Capable of managing branch operations and leading a team effectively while maintaining high service standards.
Must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Female Candidates Preferred:
Due to specific client interaction requirements, female candidates currently residing in the UAE are strongly preferred.
Should be based in Dubai or willing to commute to Al Qusais branch daily.
