Direct all technical procedures such as design, estimation, and materials.
Analyze the technical specifications, contract, and project scope of work.
Provide design and build-ability consultancy, including material knowledge and execution techniques.
Plan and monitor the drawing submission schedule in cooperation with the client according to the contract and site requirements.
Develop with the design team the concept drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings to meet the project requirements/specifications.
Provide technical advice and assessment on all kinds of material components related to the company's project works to ensure compliance with the project specifications.
Review all drawing submissions prior to approval.
Ensure the drawings, calculations, and engineering submissions gain organization approval prior to production submission and site installation, and final submission with as-built conditions as per contract program.
Coordinate, describe, and arrange mock-ups/performance testing to meet the organization requirements.
Ensure that all technical information and drawings for the project are issued on time for both production and installation.
Initiate necessary corrective and preventive action for non-conformance in design.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, including at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership role.
