Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Landscape Construction Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems related to landscape construction projects, including outdoor lighting, irrigation control systems, water features, and other power-related landscape elements. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles in the context of outdoor and environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement electrical systems for landscape features (e.g., lighting, fountains, pumps, and irrigation control).
• Prepare detailed electrical drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Ensure all electrical installations comply with national, local, and environmental codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with landscape architects, civil engineers, and construction teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Supervise electrical work on-site and conduct inspections to ensure proper installation and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues during or after construction.
• Prepare cost estimates and material take-offs for electrical components.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely procurement and delivery of electrical equipment.
• Maintain documentation for all electrical work as required for compliance and quality assurance.
