In your role, you will be working as a Cluster Reservations Agent for three iconic properties on Yas Island: Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island, The WB Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton, and DoubleTree by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences.

A Cluster Reservations Agent will serve as the main contact for room reservations at the hotel and must offer excellent service to influence guests' decisions to stay at the property.

What will I be doing?

As a Cluster Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for room reservations within the hotel. Your responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, presenting options, and finding solutions to meet guest and customer needs. Key tasks include:

• Converting inquiries into confirmed bookings efficiently
• Responding positively to sales inquiries to develop future sales leads
• Identifying potential sales opportunities
• Responding professionally to all customers, ensuring reservations are accurate and meet guest expectations
