Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients in Abu Dhabi, with a focus on Chinese-owned businesses or companies with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence, especially within sectors familiar with or requiring Mandarin-speaking support.
  • Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare customized staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.
  • Market Analysis: Track market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to continuously refine sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with recruitment, operations, and account management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales activities align with labor laws and company policies.

Job Requirement / Qualifications

Nationality: Chinese (mandatory).

Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and English (both required).

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales within the recruitment industry, HR Tech or solutions sales domain.
  • Preferred GCC experience.

Industry Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of staffing services or workforce outsourcing.
  • Experience working with Chinese corporates or multinational organizations is a plus.

Other Skills:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise client management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
