Job Description:

The Senior Sales Engineer – Controls Systems is a key role reporting directly to the Sales Manager - Controls. The role focuses on driving business growth through AMC contracts, retrofit jobs, control optimization, and digital solutions within the Building Technology and Solutions Service Department, with a focus on Controls & Digital solutions.

As part of a proactive team, you will utilize available resources and your experience to generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Understand and promote our product portfolio related to BMS solutions, working closely with customers to meet their expectations and close new opportunities.
  2. Collaborate with internal pre-sales teams to develop the right techno-commercial solutions for projects.
  3. Prepare technical and commercial proposals and manage tenders.
  4. Differentiate Johnson Controls by leveraging your market knowledge, sales strategies, and product expertise.
  5. Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships, anticipating their needs.
  6. Manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment through strong planning and time management skills.
  7. Conduct stakeholder mapping for strategic accounts to facilitate business growth within the installed base and expand presence.
  8. Adhere strictly to company processes, policies, and compliance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • University Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 5-7 years of experience in selling maintenance & service contracts, and upgrade projects focused on Controls within the UAE region.
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, mature, and a team player.
