Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and agile Training Scheduler to manage and dynamically coordinate operations and technical training across 7 workstreams. The role involves daily scheduling for approximately 67 trainers and coaches, ensuring optimal utilization and minimal lost time or overtime for learners.

  • Manage and adjust training schedules in real-time across 3 sites and multiple locations
  • Coordinate classroom and field-based sessions based on learner availability
  • Ensure full utilization of trainers and minimize downtime or scheduling conflicts
  • Liaise with operations, trainers, and learners to align on training needs and availability
  • Use scheduling tools or platforms to track and update session plans
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Experience in training coordination, scheduling, or workforce planning
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to change
  • Proficient in scheduling tools and Microsoft Excel
