Job Overview
The Real Estate Investment Analyst - Abu Dhabi UAE is responsible for evaluating property investments, conducting market research, preparing financial models, and supporting strategic investment decisions. This role combines quantitative analysis with real estate-specific insight to guide portfolio planning and asset performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on real estate market trends including property prices, rental yields, and occupancy rates
- Analyze financial data to assess the viability of potential property investments
- Build financial models to support investment decisions and performance forecasting
- Review financial statements, lease agreements, and zoning documentation for due diligence
- Assess investment risks and propose mitigation strategies to optimize returns
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and investment teams
- Collaborate with brokers, legal teams, and property managers on transactional support
- Contribute to the ongoing management of real estate investment portfolios
- Use tools such as Excel, SQL, and Bloomberg Terminal for data analysis and reporting
- Assist in the development of investment strategies aligned with the bank's objectives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
- CA or MBA from a recognized institution preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial or investment analysis within banking or financial services
- Strong command of financial modeling, equity analysis, and investment valuation techniques
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial research tools such as Bloomberg
- Strong analytical, communication, and report writing skills
- Knowledge of real estate investment dynamics and portfolio risk management
