Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the financial strategy, planning, and operations of the organization to support the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
• Oversee all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, and compliance.
• Provide strategic financial insights to the Chairman and Board of Directors.
• Ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards and relevant regulations.
• Lead financial risk management and internal controls.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, analyses, and performance metrics.
• Lead financial due diligence and support mergers, acquisitions, or strategic investments as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent international qualification.
• Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in senior financial leadership roles, preferably within the automotive or related sectors.
• Strong strategic thinking and financial planning capabilities.
• Deep understanding of international accounting standards, corporate finance, and taxation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with immediate availability.
