Job Description

This role involves assisting with the production of financial management reports and analytics for the Exinity Group. The individual will build and maintain efficient financial reporting processes, partner with local and global financial stakeholders, drive process improvements, and support the execution of the company’s financial plan.

1. Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts and KPIs, adapting content and format as business needs evolve.
2. Collaborate with the business to prepare detailed budgets, forecasts, and business plans, ensuring understanding and ownership of these plans.
3. Prepare financial information for board reports and other essential disclosures.
4. Monitor and review performance against plans, report variances, analyze causes, and assist in remedial actions as needed.
5. Develop a strong understanding of the group’s cost base to identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and oversee their implementation.
6. Implement and maintain regional net contribution and cost center reporting models across the group.
7. Develop and sustain capital and project expenditure reporting models.
8. Establish policies and procedures to ensure robust financial reporting controls across all entities.
9. Act as an agent for change, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong accounting skills.
• Proficient in Power BI and Power Query.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven ability to support change management initiatives.
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills for self and team.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle conflicting demands with clarity and communication.
• Sense of urgency and team-oriented mindset.
• Experience within a brokerage environment is preferred.
