Position : Business Analyst – Digital Transformation

You’ll play a key role in shaping digital solutions by defining business requirements, supporting solution design, and aligning user needs with technological capabilities to drive innovation in downstream operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and document business requirements for downstream digital solutions.
• Contribute to ideation, design sprints, and user interviews to shape product features.
• Support the product owner in defining user stories, functionalities, and acceptance criteria.
• Benchmark industry best practices and identify synergies across digital initiatives.
• Act as part of the PMO and support strategic steering of digital projects.
• Translate business needs into actionable and well-documented software requirements.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

2. 15+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas downstream sector, with at least 10 years in digital solution development.

3. Strong experience in gathering and defining requirements, writing user stories, and facilitating user-centric design processes.

4. Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation frameworks.
