Job description

Job Purpose

We have an exciting opportunity within our marketing analytics team for a Conversion Rate Optimisation specialist role. As the lead analytics person, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the digital optimization program, A/B and MVT testing. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement effective testing methodologies, analyse user experience data, and collaborate with various teams to drive meaningful results. You will work closely with digital product, design, technical, business, and agency teams to ensure alignment and achieve project goals. In This Role, You Will
  • Build understanding and drive requirements across CCM&B for tracking, measurement, and reporting. Identify gaps and work with teams to enhance marketing analytics benefits and applications.
  • Develop roadmaps for Digital Marketing support, identifying opportunities and setting implementation timelines.
  • Build relationships with third parties, partners, suppliers, and technology platforms to facilitate data sourcing on campaign performance. Ensure KPIs are measurable and trackable for optimization and learning.
  • Create documentation for measurement frameworks, KPI development, and reporting inputs for internal reference.
  • Oversee the creation of automated dashboards, reports, and scorecards. Develop training programs and communications for CCM&B teams.
  • Design predictive and forecasting models to support marketing planning and investment decisions across regions and channels. Collaborate with teams to obtain necessary data.
  • Stay updated on analytics developments, bringing new ideas and models to keep CCM&B current and relevant.
  • Address data quality issues by working with cross-departmental teams and external partners to ensure data usability.
  • Develop and mentor Marketing Analytics Specialists, fostering continuous learning and skill development aligned with industry changes.
  • Ensure compliance with Emirates Group privacy principles, working with the Data Privacy Network Liaison to maintain data security and privacy.
Qualifications & Experience

To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (12+3 or equivalent) with 8+ years experience in digital marketing analytics within a global organization.
Knowledge And Skills
  • Strong knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing (MVT), with experience analyzing requirements and executing experiments.
  • Experience with testing platforms like Optimizely, Adobe Target, Sitecore, etc.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to evaluate UX effectiveness, interpret results, and make recommendations.
  • Ability to assess test variants and identify pitfalls to optimize user experience.
  • Experience collaborating across digital product, design, technical, business, and agency teams.
  • Good program management skills to oversee multiple projects.
  • Deep understanding of performance-driven digital marketing channels and user journeys.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and third-party tracking/reporting tools.
  • Ability to derive insights, visualize data, and tell strategic stories.
  • Intermediate SQL and query writing skills; familiarity with Google BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools like Doubleclick, Salesforce, etc.
  • Intermediate understanding of BI tools such as Microstrategy and Tableau.
  • Basic knowledge of advanced marketing analytics concepts like Multi-touch attribution, cross-device journeys, and Marketing Mix Modelling.
