Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
2. Ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction, especially for Arabic-speaking clientele.
3. Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain performance and morale.
4. Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
5. Support in managing inventory, staff scheduling, and supplier coordination.
6. Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and overall customer experience.
7. Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
8. Act as a communication bridge between Arabic-speaking customers and non-Arabic speaking staff when needed.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant supervision or assistant management.
