Job description

We are seeking a female Relationship Manager to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction and service.

1. Find prospective clients, respond to all calls and inquiries.
2. Evaluate the client's requirements and financial capabilities to offer the best property and/or investment options.
3. Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability.
4. Assess and appraise the value of properties.
5. Arrange property viewings for potential clients.
6. Present reasonable property offers and quotations.
7. Draft and complete legal documents (contracts, agreements, etc.).
8. Generate and manage lists of properties.
9. Coordinate with the Listing Section to process documents.
10. Collaborate and network with the assigned District Manager.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in UAE.
2. Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
3. Comfortable working autonomously.
4. Ability to attract buyers and retain tenants.
5. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
6. A proven track record within customer relations and/or sales.
7. Based in Dubai.

Preferred:

1. Dubai Real Estate experience within Off-Plan Sales, Re-Sales, Leasing.
2. Valid UAE driving license is an added value.
3. Fixed salary of 2500.
4. Training & full support provided.
5. Access to an existing and well-established client base, warm leads, and active developments.
6. Listing marketing portals.
7. Visa, medical insurance, and RERA Card provided.
