Nursing Coordinator

We are hiring for our Homecare division in Abu Dhabi.

Position Nursing Coordinator

Qualification: BSC nursing with min 3 to 4 yrs exp as Nurse manager or incharge or coordinator.

Homecare Experience preferred.

Should have knowledge on the following:

• Supervising a team of Nurses and nursing staff to provide holistic and integrated healthcare to patients
• Providing guidance, leadership, and training to nursing staff
• Designing and managing nursing schedules, assignments, and tasks
• Administering and monitoring resources and supplies, and other administrative duties
• Assisting in the selection, evaluation, and development of nursing staff
• Implementing regulatory guidelines and recommending steps to ensure patient and staff safety
• Single handedly managing Accreditation requirements like JCI / CARF
