In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. Your strong organizational skills and ability to multitask will be essential as you support our team and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative support and resource allocation
  • Oversee inventory and order office supplies as needed, maintaining a well-stocked environment
  • Supervise office staff, delegating tasks and ensuring adherence to company policies
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, managing calendars for team members
  • Handle correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and postal mail, ensuring timely communication
  • Assist in budget management, including tracking expenses and reporting on office-related financials
  • Organize company events, team-building activities, and workshops, fostering a positive workplace culture

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
  • Minimum 5 years of experience at the same role in UAE
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
  • Familiarity with basic financial management and budgeting
