An Advertising Sales Representative is responsible for selling advertising space across various media platforms, including print, digital, outdoor, and broadcast. The role involves identifying leads, pitching advertising solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships. This position plays a key role in generating revenue and driving brand visibility for the organization s media offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads to secure new advertising clients.

  • Meet with clients to understand their business goals and marketing needs.

  • Present tailored advertising proposals based on client objectives and budget.

  • Sell ad space in publications, websites, outdoor media, or broadcast platforms.

  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely execution of advertising campaigns.

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

  • Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure campaign alignment.

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:
