About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Waiter/ess to join the Cluster Airport Services team at Jumeirah Emirates Towers. The main purpose of this role is to provide quality food and beverage service for Jumeirah guests upon arrival and departure at DXB Dubai International Airport Lounge. The Senior Waiter/ess is also an ambassador of the excellence of the service delivered at the airport lounge, ensuring all guests receive warm, friendly, courteous, informative, and efficient service in all areas. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring all colleagues' activities adhere to and support Jumeirah Quality Standards.
• Providing a link between kitchen and service areas.
• Providing table and counter service of all menu items.
• Providing table and counter service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Updating food and beverage knowledge required to carry out duties.
• Providing advice on food and beverages to guests.
• Receiving and storing food and beverages adhering to all food hygiene regulations and procedures.
• Monitoring the quality of food and beverages being served and reporting to the supervisor or manager.
• Monitoring supplies and actively communicating any purchase requirements.
• Performing any other duties reasonably requested by management.

About you:

• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role within a luxury five-star hotel environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience in handling guest requests and exceeding expectations is essential.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to a new work environment.
