The Role

Reporting to Senior Account Managers and Account Directors, this role focuses on:

  1. Supporting the team in delivering communication projects by assisting with administrative tasks, client communication, and project documentation.
  2. Helping manage day-to-day client needs and providing consistent, timely updates to ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
  3. Learning the nuances of client service and project management, gaining exposure to various aspects of account management across multiple communication disciplines.
  4. Assisting in preparing client materials, reports, and timelines under guidance, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  5. Supporting the team to meet client expectations and deliver projects efficiently, focusing on learning and growth to take on more responsibility over time.

Success in this role is measured by your ability to learn quickly, support the team effectively, and contribute to the successful delivery of client work, ultimately supporting client satisfaction and account success.

What you'll be doing in this role

The responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting in day-to-day account management, including administrative tasks, client communication, and documentation.
  2. Maintaining client relationships through timely and accurate delivery of project materials, reports, and updates.
  3. Coordinating project logistics, such as scheduling meetings and managing timelines.
  4. Supporting the creation of client-facing documents, ensuring quality and consistency under supervision.
  5. Tracking project progress and proactively addressing any issues.
  6. Gathering insights and data for reports, ensuring organized and accessible information.
  7. Maintaining thorough project documentation, including meeting notes, client feedback, and action items.
  8. Learning about client industries and communication strategies to become a more effective team member.
