Job Description

Our Sales Supervisor is responsible for establishing customer relationships through personalized services, achieving sales targets and receivables, and managing stock. The role also includes building, training, and supervising a team of front-liners, as well as supporting in-store events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and retailers to foster strong partnerships.
2. Communicate with retailers to assess their needs and assist in fulfilling them.
3. Address queries related to products, prices, availability, uses, and services.
4. Distribute monthly sales targets across POS locations.
5. Conduct store visits to monitor POS performance and compliance with SOPs.
6. Supervise the sales process, including follow-up on orders, deliveries, and collections.
7. Ensure timely payment and collection of receivables.
8. Monitor market conditions, product innovations, competitors' products, pricing, and sales.
9. Support proper execution of in-store marketing activations.
10. Ensure stock replenishment on shelves and counters at appropriate times.

Qualifications
