Activities

Join our affiliate TotalEnergies EP U.A.E in Abu Dhabi! As a Technical Support Engineer, your main missions will include:

1/ Asset Management Support
  • Prepare the main technical elements for the TotalEnergies Long Term Plan
  • Consolidate and assist in OPCOs production reporting and analysis
  • Coordinate the weekly tender board internal review
  • Coordinate the internal approval process of commercial and non-commercial subjects requested by the OPCOs
  • Coordinate and prepare evidence documents for audits
  • Support the preparation of TotalEnergies HQ dossiers for the sanction of new projects (above $80M)
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the OPCOs in terms of technical and financial approvals (e-Board system)
  • Assist in analyzing the performance of projects under execution
  • Assist in reviewing the OPCOs Production Forecast and Business Plan
  • Assist in preparing TotalEnergies internal budgets and revisions
  • Contribute to reporting the CO2 emissions of assets
  • Develop CO2 emissions reduction action plans
2/ Asset Lead Support
  • Ensure proper update and track monthly progress of all objectives through ADDAMs (Abu-Dhabi Digital Asset Management system)
  • Assist in preparing Asset Lead bi-monthly and quarterly performance reviews
Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications:

  • Engineering degree

Technical skills:

  • Knowledge of Oil and Gas environment, if possible
  • Analytical skills
  • Synthesis and presentation skills

Computing skills:

  • Proficiency in PackOffice: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus

Languages:

  • English: level C1
  • French: level C1
