Job description

Role Overview

Responsible for leading and executing the company's sales strategy, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and managing the national and regional sales teams. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a deep understanding of the furniture or interior solutions industry, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with clients growth objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team across all regions and channels (retail, B2B, projects).
  • Identify new market opportunities and build strategic partnerships to drive business expansion.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive client engagement and build strong relationships with key accounts, architects, and procurement firms.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and margin optimization.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, market analysis, and business performance reports to the leadership team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 35 years in a senior leadership role within the furniture, interiors, or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and retail furniture markets in the region.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and grow high-performing sales teams.
