Our Early Career Program for Field Engineers inspires and guides recent graduates through career-shaping experiences. This program takes approximately 36 months to complete and involves helping clients locate and produce energy more efficiently. Program graduates will have the foundation to make innovative and significant contributions to our future.

As a Field Engineer, you will be the key interface between our on-site teams and the client. You will work both technically and professionally, leading crews to ensure that equipment is installed, maintained, and started properly. By making innovative contributions, you will help create reliable, high-quality support for our customers. As part of our Early Career Program, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Coordinating with crew members to deploy tools and services, including liaising with customers and shore-based Operations Managers.
  2. Participating in finding solutions to complex technical problems through hands-on work at the rig site.
  3. Preparing, documenting, and receiving outbound and inbound equipment and products, including those to and from the well site.
  4. Providing support for tenders, including data analysis, cost estimates, and invoicing activities.
  5. Engaging in job shadowing opportunities to develop a holistic understanding of the business.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Have graduated with a bachelor's degree in engineering (all fields).
  • Be legally entitled to work in UAE without company sponsorship or time restrictions.
  • Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 / 4.0.
  • Have graduated within the last 36 months.
  • Demonstrate experience and a passion for field jobs in the oil industry.
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic, with effective communication skills.
  • Be geographically mobile and able to travel internationally (locations vary).
