Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Property Sales Agentto join our newly launched Real Estate Division in Dubai. This individual will work at our Milele Motors showroom and serve as the first point of contact for potential property buyers, especially walk-in clients. The role includes internal sales enablement for our automotive team and direct customer engagement to convert leads into property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for walk-in customers at the showroom interested in property investments.
- Promote and pitch real estate projects to prospective clients, focusing on investment value and lifestyle appeal.
- Collaborate with the automotive sales team to identify and qualify existing automotive customers as property leads.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate projects, pricing, payment plans, and legal formalities.
- Coordinate with marketing and real estate teams to execute in-showroom promotions and campaigns.
- Manage the entire customer journey from lead generation to sales closure, ensuring a high-conversion sales pipeline.
- Update CRM systems with lead activity, customer information, and follow-up status.
- Attend real estate exhibitions, client meetings, and other events to promote properties and enhance lead generation.
- Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and internal sales protocols.

Key Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, ideally within the Dubai market.
- Strong understanding of property sales processes, developer portfolios, and RERA regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in a showroom-based or hybrid sales environment (e.g., auto + real estate) is a significant advantage.
- Arabic speaking is a plus, but not essential.
- Highly self-motivated, result-driven, and confident with a track record of meeting sales targets.
