In this role, you will work with the CSO Transformation Team to develop strategic communications initiatives that support and advance the CSO transformation vision and goals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop communication plans for CSO Transformation programs, including stakeholder mapping, communications strategy, design, and multi-channel implementation.
- Provide executive communications support for the CSO SVP and Transformation Leader, including developing and running Quarterly All Hands meetings, executive announcements, and presentations.
- Develop content and creative execution to deliver consistent, targeted, and impactful messages to internal and external audiences.
- Design campaigns targeting specific audiences, emphasizing campaign performance to inform recommendations. This may include integrated campaigns, blogs, webinars, video series, and emails.
- Align and utilize global campaign messaging and direction from Global Marketing teams in campaigns and strategy.
- Contribute ideas for new events through research and recommendations.
- Work closely with the team to achieve desired results.
- Stay informed of developments in the field to foster ideas and innovation.
- Ensure communication strategies are informed by solid data analytics.
- Build strong internal partnerships with cross-functional teams inside and beyond the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 5+ years of experience with communication channels (e.g., intranet, emails, Slack) and internal communications and change management programs.
- 5+ years of written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate business plans, ideas, and recommendations through detailed narratives.
- 5+ years of familiarity with content creation tools, including blogs, emails, and videos.
- Familiarity with email marketing programs.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to capture concepts and translate them into presentations.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, planning, and project management skills, with a strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Innovative mindset comfortable challenging the status quo.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- A sense of urgency and the ability to work independently and in a team environment, paying attention to detail and strategy.
- Experience working with a global team is a plus.
- Experience in the technology sector is a plus.
