Job Description: Responsible Pharmacist - UAE

We are seeking a committed individual to ensure quality operations within our warehouse in the UAE, acting as the qualified person on Lilly's UAE warehouse license.

Location & Scope of Position

Responsible Pharmacist in UAE, overseeing Lilly UAE warehouse license.

Objective

Establish and maintain warehouse product quality systems in accordance with Lilly global standards and cGMP regulations, ensuring compliance and quality assurance across all operations.

Qualifications
  • Pharmacy Degree with pharmaceutical background
  • Licensed pharmacist with MOH (MOHAP license) - mandatory
  • Minimum 2 years of drugstore experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Tatmeen Operations (track and trace system)
  • Warehouse experience is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Work full-time and be present at the warehouse during working hours
  • Act as the responsible person for Lilly's rented warehouse and stock
  • Ensure readiness for MOH audits at any time
  • Ensure products are stored according to GSDP standards
  • Supervise subcontractor quality standards
  • Maintain warehouse registrations in compliance with local regulations
  • Perform quality assurance for all warehouse operations, including archiving and record keeping
  • Supervise product customization activities, such as stamping and stickerings
  • Manage shipment data loggers and online evaluations
  • Provide verification checklists for Lilly stock in the warehouse
  • Act as the Responsible Complaint Person
