About the role

We are looking for a passionate Office Manager & Executive Assistant to support our Senior Executive Officer in our ADGM Office. More precisely, the role encompasses the following areas:

  • Office management: You will be responsible for our office operations including office procurement, vendor management, event support.
  • Assistant to the SEO: You will be assisting our SEO with calendar management and administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, expense management.
  • Manage communication and correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, databases and records. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive documents and information.

Our ideal candidate

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
  • Skilled in preparing presentations and reports.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Office presence in Abu Dhabi required on a daily basis.
