We are hiring for Senior Customer Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The role reports to Head of Operations.
The role
Oversee end-to-end policy operations, focusing on policy management and customer accounting. The individual will coordinate efforts between the Policy Implementation and Customer Accounting departments, ensuring seamless collaboration. Key responsibilities include maintaining positive relationships with front-line staff, brokers, and clients to ensure customer satisfaction. This role is instrumental in managing DSO and aging balances effectively.
