Qualifications

Join our dynamic team as an F&B Hostess in the vibrant city of Dubai United Arab Emirates! Were looking for a friendly and professional individual to be the welcoming face of our restaurant ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive.

• Greet and warmly welcome guests creating a positive first impression
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using our computerized system
• Guide guests to their tables and provide menus ensuring their comfort
• Assist guests with menu information and special requests
• Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Support the F&B team in various tasks as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist in organizing and managing special events or promotions

Qualifications :

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hostess in a reputable hotel or restaurant
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of F&B products and services
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Excellent interpersonal and problemsolving skills
• Outstanding communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
• Basic computer skills for managing reservations and seating arrangements
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced highpressure environment
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Excellent grooming and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Valid UAE work visa or ability to obtain one
